Dear 2008 Batch,
You may be aware that our course is nearing its completion and some important certificates will be needed by you when you leave the college. These certificates will be required when you attend counseling for PG admission or join any other college for PG.
Some details of yours in the form of Bio-Data are required by the University to prepare your Provisional Certificate, Statement of Marks & Migration Certificates.
Hence all the 2008 Batch students are requested to send in their filled in Bio-Data to the college within
15-04-2012. Each student is supposed to send in
TWO (2) complete filled up Bio-Data forms along with
FOUR (4) LATEST passport size photographs and
TWO (2) photocopies of your 10th class certificate.
The Bio-Data Form can be downloaded from (

Please remember that the University will start making the certificates only after it receives your Bio-Data.
Please send the filled in Bio-data forms (
2), latest passport photographs (
4) and photocopy of 10th class (
